Simple, easy to use. Allows multiple routines on daily and is easy to use during the workout.

I just signed up, I’ve been reading some of the tips. Not sure who wrote this the but English cannot be their first language. The grammar is deplorable and some sentences don’t even make sense. Hoping the exercise and meals plans are not reflective of the verbiage used....Also, I purchased the app yesterday as it was “free”. I was charged $1.00 (not a lot but $1.00 is not free) and today I went to use the app for the first time and it will not connect. I tap the app and it fills the screen with their emblem and then just drops and I’m back on my iPad screen. So it doesn’t even work...I wish I could give the app no stars.

This is the perfect workout for someone who is busy, who is not a gym rat and has a sedentary work life. I am so happy. Workout method is easy but effective. It really gets your heart pumping and muscles working.
